Video Conferencing: Virtual Presentation

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have introduced a new Virtual Presentation feature to facilitate seamless sharing and discussions while ensuring the safety and convenience of our participants.

HOW IT WORKS :

Send Us Your Presentation Slides (PPT).
Download the Zoom App (available for Mobile, Notepad, or Tablet).
Create (Sign-Up) a Zoom Account at www.zoom.us.
We will send you a meeting invite, including an embedded video link with the Meeting ID and Password.
Verify your camera and audio input, as well as your network connectivity, before joining the meeting. Ensure you can share your screen.
Join the meeting using the provided link.
You can leave the meeting anytime after your presentation.

Note : The Maximum Time Limit for presentations is 10 Minutes.

A Virtual Presentation category has been created on the conference registration page. You can now select this option to present remotely during the event.
