Guidelines for Oral Presentations

  • Duration : Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Presenter : The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors.
  • Setup :
  • You may use your own laptop or the Windows PC provided in the session room (PowerPoint available).
  • Ensure your presentation file is ready on a USB drive or your laptop.
  • Arrive early to test your setup. Volunteers will be available for assistance.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

  • Size : Posters must not exceed 24 inches (wide) x 36 inches (high) (2 ft. x 3 ft.).
  • Preparation : Bring a printed copy of your poster.
  • Setup and Removal :
    • Set up your poster before the Opening Ceremony.
    • Remove it at the end of the session.
  • Presenter Presence : At least one author or co-author must be available during the poster session for discussion.
  • Location : Posters will be displayed in the conference room.

Guidelines for Virtual Presentations

    Process to Present:
  • Submit an abstract/full paper for a double-blind peer review.
  • Confirm participation upon acceptance.
  • Participate in a test run before the conference to ensure technical readiness.
  • Conference Support :
  • Guidance for connecting and presenting will be provided.
  • After the presentation, you will receive:
    • A Certificate of Presentation (soft copy)
    • Conference Proceedings (soft copy)
    • Physical documents will be mailed after the event.
    Technical Requirements :
  • Laptop with a headset or desktop with a webcam and microphone.
  • Updated Chrome browser for compatibility.
  • Disable virus protection software temporarily if it blocks the webcam.
  • Present from a quiet, well-lit location with a professional background.
