Eligibility Criteria
Hold a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific or research field
Have strong experience in research, academic publications, or innovation activities
Possess a good record of publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
Be actively involved in research development or academic work
Demonstrate the ability to evaluate scientific methods and research outcomes
Show commitment to maintaining research quality and ethical practices
