Rules and Regulations:

Paper Submission and Publication in Research Plus International Conferences:
  • All papers submitted must be original and cannot be published elsewhere before or after the conference.
  • All authors and co-authors must inform their department head, principal, or guide about their paper submission to Research Plus International Conferences.
  • All authors and co-authors must include correct affiliations in their papers.
  • The Organizing Committee may not accept papers submitted after the registration deadline.
  • Research Plus will review each paper before accepting it for the conference with the help of three reviewers.
  • Research Plus will not publish the authors' or co-authors' emails online
  • Research Plus cannot add, modify, or delete any author's or co-author's name in the paper without the permission of all authors and co-authors listed in the paper.
  • Only registered papers will be published by Research Plus.
  • The person who submits the paper will be considered the original author of the paper, and Research Plus is not responsible for identifying the original author or co-author.
  • In case of Research Plus receives a complaint about the originality of the author and it is found to be true, the paper will be immediately suspended from publication.
  • Suspended papers cannot be republished or distributed by Research Plus from the date of suspension.
Travel Policy:
  • Obtaining a visa to attend any Research Plus conference is the sole responsibility of the participant and Research Plus is not responsible for obtaining any visas.
  • If a visa application is cancelled or not approved, Research Plus will not refund the conference registration fee. The fee can be transferred to another Research Plus conference within one year of the conference date or to another participant. In case of visa cancellation, the participant can participate virtually and receive their certificates and complete the publication process.
  • Research Plus does not guarantee the safety of any participant while they are on any type of visa to any country
Attending Research Plus Conferences: :
  • Participants must register and pay the specified fee before attending the conference.
  • Regularly check the official conference page for updates.
  • The conference venue and date may change, and registered participants will be notified by email and phone.
  • Do not engage in any violent behaviour before or after the event.
  • Bring a valid government-issued ID to the conference.
  • Conference kits may not be available at the event and may be sent later by post.
  • Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate in the conference.
  • Activists are not permitted to attend.
  • Research Plus reserves the right to publish conference images.
  • Research Plus is not responsible for any monetary losses or ticket refunds if the conference is cancelled or rescheduled.
  • If Research Plus postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Research Plus event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Plagiarism Policy: :

The plagiarism policy helps to ensure that authors properly acknowledge other authors' work when referencing and upholds the scholarly integrity of the research community.

  • Research papers submitted for publication will be screened with plagiarism detection software to determine their originality and similarity percent to other sources. Papers that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the authors for revision
  • In the event that plagiarism is detected prior to publication, the author will be given the opportunity to resubmit the paper after making the necessary changes as advised by the editor. If the editor determines that the issue of plagiarism is substantial, the paper will not be considered for publication.
  • If plagiarism or a false identity is suspected or discovered after a paper has been published, the paper will be temporarily removed from the website until verification is complete. In the case of only a few paragraphs being plagiarized, the author will be given a chance to modify the published paper and it will be restored to the website once approved by the editor.
  • However, if Research Plus determines that plagiarism or a false identity is a major concern in the published paper and violates others' copyrights, the paper will be permanently removed from publication and the author will be penalized and banned from Research Plus and other conference organizers for life. The removal will be noted on the journal website and indexing services will be notified

  • Research Plus reserves the right to cancel the registration and withdraw publication if a participant or delegate violates the rules and regulations. In such cases, necessary action will be taken immediately.
  • Research Plus has the right to publish, withdraw, or modify papers from conference proceedings or journals at any time.
